My Assistant, Mischief, will be an invaluable part of your team to guide you through your purchase or sale.  She has a keen attention to detail and will keep us on track.

 

For Sellers: 
She will handle your marketing by creating ads, flyers, and more for your property. 
Once under contract she will help keep us on schedule by confirming dates, sending reminders, and tracking timelines throughout the process.

 

For Buyers:
Mischief will handle all of the tedious details of the process for you.
Once under contract, she will help by getting survey & insurance estimates, ordering inspections, providing timely reminders, and ensuring we meet all of our deadlines. She'll keep you informed along the way.
